Andreilien

“Andrei Olenev first emerged as HEYOKA on the San Francisco underground glitch/bass scene in 2006. By 2009 he was touring extensively and quickly became a staple sound in the rapidly growing bass music scene of North America. With a constantly evolving, original style, he stood out amongst bass music producers as one who keeps the vibe going strong while venturing to explore new realms of sonic experience. Playing always live sets of his own original tracks, his music has been described as a journey through fractal soundscapes and alternate realms while riding the waves of fat glitch beats and earth rumbling sub bass.

Andrei has brought his signature sound to North American festivals including: Symbiosis, Sonic Bloom, Raindance, Lightning in a bottle, Big Bounce, Alchemeyez, and large Burning Man sound camps such as Nexus, El circo, Temple of Boom, Entheon Village, Roots Society and Fractal Nation. He has also played several international electronic music festivals such as Shambhala (Canada), Boom (Portugal), Earthfreq and Winter solstice (Australia), and Luminate (New Zealand). He frequently tours nightclubs and concert venues through the States and Canada, as well as internationally in Australia, New Zealand and Russia.”

Through his tremendous work ethic and tireless touring schedule, Gladkill has already played for massive audiences on the stages of large-scale music festivals such as Coachella, Lightning in a Bottle, Symbiosis and Envision in Costa Rica. Winning over new fans at every stop with his refreshing style of dance music,

We couldn’t be more stoked for our friends The Nadis Warriors to be topping off a late night post SCI throwdown. This is going to be a real treat, these guys really do taken you on a ride along sonic psychedelic landscapes with textures surrounded by live instrumentation. This night will be special as they are joined by Allen Aucoin of the Disco Biscuits on drums. This will not be some half-baked sit-in, Aucoin is no stranger to the Nadis Warriors movement and has sat-in & performed with the band several times.

In an interview we conducted with the group over a year ago Jason Hahn explained their live performance approach. (Read Full Interview Here)

“The advantage to live electronic is that having a full band can change the direction of the song in any given environment. Peaks show up differently each night in different parts of the song. Each time a song is played you never know where its going to go. Giving the listener a different experience each night. I also see the explosion of psychedelic/spiritual electronic on the horizon. More and more psychedelic acts are on the rise, and feel that this will be the next movement in the electronic arena. Music is meant to move your soul, not just your feet. If we can accomplish this each show, then we are doing our job.”

The Nadis Warriors

“A new movement has been emanating from the musical mecca of Austin, TX. Steeped in the spirituality and sonic psychedelia, The Nadis Warriors transcend the notion of a band, shedding the restrictions of commonplace stage shows for performance experiences unlike any other in the EDM realm or otherwise. Their eclectic mix of musical layers incorporates Tibetan singing bowls, tablas, live guitar and keys to create an electronic excursion through healing and dance. Focused on moving crowds and melding the collective consciousness, each Nadis Warriors performance is an odyssey built around connectivity, instead of pandering production bent on superficial crowd puppetry.”

DrFameus

“DrFameus is an electronic music project created by the versatile drummer, Allen Aucoin. Allen explores many realms with DrFameus ranging from breakbeats to drum ‘n’ bass to dubstep to techno/house. It is his ability to survey the crowd and then improvise that has allowed Aucoin to play in such diverse projects over the years…

After moving back to the southeast from Boston, Allen continued to work as a teacher and percussion instructor while touring with the band “Skydog Gyspy.” In 2005 Aucoin acquired his current role as the drummer for Philadelphia electronic act, the Disco Biscuits. Since winning the “drum off” held by the Biscuits in Atlantic City, Allen has played 450-500 shows with the quartet including shows at the Gorge Amphitheatre and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.”

It is music that captures, moves and transcends ones mind, body, and soul. Earphunk

Earphunk is on the rise & they aren’t gonna stop. Just last year they managed to tour extensively throughout the United States stopping in 120 different cities in the past 12 months including some top notch festivals including Purple Hatter’s Ball and Bear Creek Music Festival. Recently they performed two separate time slots at Wakarusa Music Festival. They also just announced 3 tour dates with the jazz/funk supergroup Lettuce.

Mountain Standard Time

“As a bluegrass band that’s anything but traditional, Mountain Standard Time follows in the footsteps of such Colorado greats as The String Cheese Incident and Leftover Salmon. While leading acoustically with guitar and mandolin, MST brands its own style, boasting a big, full-band sound with keyboards, electric bass, drums, and electronic effects.

The members of Mountain Standard Time hail from all over the country, yet their musical paths crossed in Nederland – a small, Colorado mountain town steeped in bluegrass music. Whether you chalk it up to fate or coincidence, music goers everywhere are coming together to enjoy the “bluegrass fusion” that these five friends and musicians have come to create. MST has performed all over Colorado and across the country, with appearances at Wakarusa Music Festival, 10,000 Lakes Festival, Summer Camp Music Festival, and the Telluride Bluegrass Festival contest finals, among other events.

After some time away from the road, 2012 returns Mountain Standard Time back to the live music scene. The band’s unique sound adds new dimension as Otis Lande joins on bass and Ryan Ebarb (formerly of Yamn) on keyboards.”
