After teaming up with the band for their Summer 2016 tour in the Pacific Northwest and Rockies, we are pleased to bring you the latest from Sneaky Pete & the Secret Weapons.  Today we are offering fans an exclusive stream of “Rewind” featuring on their forthcoming release, DOJO, due out October 2016!

Rewind is a song about reminiscing of past memories, and not letting those memories slip away.  The central theme of the song is that life moves so fast that it can be easy to forget about good times of the past and the carefree days of our youth.  I wrote the main elements of the song about a year ago, Bobby and I put together the vocals, and the track truly came into its own with the band this spring in the studio.

About:

Sneaky Pete and the Secret Weapons is a collective of musicians channeling original music through a lens of hazy funk and unending groove, all witnessed and interpreted from the peaks and valleys of the Rocky Mountains.

Their diverse web of inspiration flows from the raucous street parades of New Orleans to smoky jazz dives, exotic Latin ballrooms, intergalactic spaceships, and late-night laser-filled clubs. Since reaching #5 on the Relix/Jambands.com radio charts with their debut album, Breakfast, the ‘Weapons’ live-shows have built a reputation of uncontrollable dance parties, unbridled enthusiasm, and full-devotion to the moment. Don’t miss their new album, DOJO, due out October 2016!
