While hanging out in a local guitar shop back in Alabama during my teenage years someone introduced me to the music of one of the most versatile slide guitarists alive, Sonny Landreth. Sonny is the type of musician that is rare and like Anders, he has a very distinct tone that can be recognized instantly. Get two of them on the same stage and you’ve got some true magic. However, don’t over look hidden gems of Osborne’s band such as keyboard wiz, John Gros, who gives some Nola spice flavored goodness to the sound.
