Funkiest “Cavern” of All Time

I think it’s a pretty safe assumption that most of the people attending the show that night took the latter invitation over the former. If anyone did happen to take off, they missed arguably the best Cavern ever played (the most unique at the very least). This would put the final funky stamp on one of the most storied run of shows in Phishtory, 1998’s Island tour. With no shortage of amazing music performed throughout the 4 night run, the Vermont quartet still had one last trick up their sleeve. Luckily for those of us not fortunate enough to be there, someone had the foresight to catch it on video. Fair warning, this video may result in unexpected dance parties.
