The spirit of Halloween was in the air at the Chicago Theater.  Greensky Bluegrass had a few tricks and an evening of treats. In retro dress they took us back to the 80’s for two killer sets.  The multigenerational audience was on their feet as GSBG opened with “Dancing in the Dark” and were taken on a musical who’s who journey. 

We saw the “Eye of the Tiger’ and followed the instructions of “Don’t Worry, Be Happy”. With the incredible light show and energetic music, it was impossible not to sing along. Opening for GSBG was The Lil’ Smokies who got a number of new fans with their set of original music and covers; including songs from their upcoming album. Please enjoy the photo gallery of this “spooktacular” show by Mark Raker Photography.
