This certainly won’t be the last we see from DJ- anyone who’s ever seen him play knows he’s destined for greatness- but it may his last ever show at The Camel and certainly one of the most intimate chances to wish him good luck in the future. D.J. Williams is an American guitarist, singer songwriter, and producer. He is the founder of the funky Richmond based band, DJ Williams Projekt, which features some of RVA’s most influential players (besides DJ himself): Gordon Jones on sax & vocals; Dusty Simmons on drums; Todd Herrington on bass; Mark Ingraham on trumpet & borine; and Joey Ciucci on keys. These musicans combine to throwdown the funk feast of a lifetime.
Pete Curry is a songwriter/vocalist/multi-instrumentalist writing and recording in Richmond VA. He also plays with Black Water Gold (bass, keys), The You Go Girls (keys, bass), and Death Birds Surf Club (drums)

Lead singer/guitarist/primary songwriter Jordan Tarrant grew up in Texas and has been writing songs and recording since his teens. After his time at Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music he moved to Richmond and put together his first full length album Lazarus with his band TARRANT. The album was recorded at Virginia Moonwalker, with friend and producer Russell Lacy. This collaboration laid the foundation for what the band Tarrant is today.

We are dedicated to bringing national attention to regional bands. We’re committed to building communities around the musical experience by promoting and hosting great live shows and helping bands get their music to as many people as possible. We create unique marketing plans tailored to each client to get fans out to the shows and spreading the word. We connect bands who otherwise may not have played together. We host regular showcases of local and regional talent at local venues. Our goal is to give these bands and the greater Richmond scene as a whole the support needed to reach their highest potential.
