If you’ve been following the site since the early days you are probably craving some more Max Tannone. Max has the ability to rework songs in a way that gives a different feel to the song, rather than creating a simple variation of the original framework. Tannone delivers what some remix artists desire to offer fans, but simply can’t deliver. His Mos Dub and Dub Kweli reworks really put him on our map and he’s been dropping heat ever since then.

“Heaven” was originally released on Nas‘s sixth studio album, God’s Son, released in 2002. The track itself was originally produced by two individuals Saukrates (Canadian based hip-hop artist/producers) and Agile (Canadian Producer). This particular remix was Tannone’s submission into the second annual Turntable Lab & Legitmix remix contest.
