This year’s annual Blackberry Smoke Holiday Homecoming Concert in Atlanta had a lot more weight to it this year than in the year’s prior, as it marked a return to the stage of drummer Brit Turner, who has been battling some health challenges this year. It was an emotional and powerful moment as he came to the stage, welcomed by thunderous applause from the sold out audience at the Fox Theatre. The night started with fellow Georgia rock legends The Georgia Satellites and Drivin N Cryin. A joyous night of rock n roll, and we cannot wait to see Turner continue in his recovery.
